The Clatsop Association of REALTORS® (CAR) is a trade association representing approximately 150 members. Our membership is composed of Real Estate Brokers, Property Managers, Appraisers, and other affiliated professionals engaged in all aspects of the real estate industry. Our members are committed to protecting and promoting private home ownership rights, and maintaining high professional standards of practice for our industry.

The term REALTOR® is a registered collective membership mark that identifies a real estate professional who is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® and subscribes to its strict Code of Ethics. Currently there are over 1.3 million REALTORS® serving clients all across the country and internationally.

Clatsop Association of REALTORS® members are also part of the 18,082 member strong Oregon Association of REALTORS® located in Salem. Clatsop Association of REALTORS® was established in 1942 and serves members throughout Clatsop County, Tillamook County, and surrounding areas in Oregon.

The Clatsop Association of REALTORS® administers the Clatsop Multiple Listing Service (MLS) serving over 200 REALTOR® members. Clatsop Association of REALTORS® is part of a tri-county data share and Professional Standards Agreement which includes an enforcement process for REALTOR® members in Clatsop, Tillamook and Lincoln counties. Our purpose is to safeguard and advance the interests of REALTORS® and the public, and to enable our members to professionally serve our community’s real estate needs.
